Open Positions Available
Hello, readers of The Mockingjay! As the title might suggest, we now have some open positions available for our website! Please check below and see if you'd like to apply! We're looking for passionate fans of the Hunger Games to work with us into building The Mockingjay into a #1 site! When you apply, please email us at admin@themockingjay.org with the needed information!
Journalists/Writers: Need experienced writers and proficient in English. We'll take as many as we can get! Please include your full name and state/(or country), and a sampling of your writing! (About a paragraph.) Safe reminder: not everyone will be accepted, it is nothing personal!
Tweeters: Need people who are used to using Twitter! We'd prefer people from different time-zones other than EST, or anyone outside the country, but we'll consider everyone! Only a couple positions open! Email us your full name and your current Twitter username, and your time-zone/country!
Webmasters: Need people experienced with Blogger, WordPress (we might move there), Tumblr, MailChimp, Rafflecopter, etc. or people who are fast learners! We'll take all we can get! Email us your full name and how much experience you have with anything above!
That's it for now! We have a lot of positions available, so please apply if you can! Also, if you are accepted, you will receive an email about Slack, which is a program we use to communicate. More information will be provided! Sadly, we're currently not in a state to pay people, so this is a 100% fan-run site! Money is coming out of my own pocket to run this site, so I cannot pay people! Thank you for understanding.
